Exhibit Craft / About
We make the show floor work harder.
For more than 30 years, Exhibit Craft has helped brands turn trade show opportunities into memorable, measurable experiences.
Our story
A steady partner for ambitious brands.
Exhibit Craft grew from a simple belief: fair-minded, open and honest communication creates a better show experience. From our Miami headquarters and Orlando facility, our team brings creative thinking, hands-on fabrication and practical show-floor know-how to every project.
We partner with clients from the first project meeting through design, production, shipping, installation and dismantle. That end-to-end perspective helps control costs, anticipate challenges and gives you more time to focus on your audience.
Our mission
Respect, honesty, and responsiveness.
Over the years, we’ve discovered that fair-minded, open, and honest communication is the best way to create a positive show experience.
We make the complex feel clear: one partner, every moving part, from the first brief to the final crate.
What we bring to the floor
The work behind the work.
Elevate your brand
You are in a constant competition for attendee attention. A vast array of sights, sounds and other distractions are ever present in the exhibit hall. We help bring your vision to life with a branded environment that captivates prospects and draws them in to learn more.
Exceptional design
Event participants have a wide variety of tastes, interests and motivations. Appealing to those with a creative, well executed trade show exhibit is a complex undertaking. Our design team is up to the task.
Execution is key
Controlling cost is crucial for every business. Our ability to manage exhibit assets, from planning and installation to take down and storage, is one of the many reasons that clients choose Exhibit Craft. We make your trade show experience as worry free as possible, using our 30 years of experience to handle many tasks and challenges before they become an issue.
From planning to installation
Focus on your audience.
Exhibit Craft specializes in helping your company get the best return for your trade show and event investment. Our support goes well beyond manufacturing and installation of branded structures.
We partner with our clients from the initial project meeting until the final crate is packed and shipped, managing the process and giving you time to focus on your clients.
We understand what it takes to capture an audience, provide an impactful experience, and convert attendees to quality leads and customers. We support clients from vendor management and scheduling to exhibit cleaning and show preparation.

One partner. Every moving part.
Less worry. More time for your audience.
Because we are involved in most of our projects from the ground up, we take the worry out of exhibit planning. We coordinate:
- Administration of show order forms
- Event install labor
- On-site supervision
- Online exhibit management
- Shipping & logistical services
- Storage of exhibit properties
We offer 24 Hour emergency service with a live and skilled individual who can actually help. No answering service, no endless automated menu.
